ABSL DACH Member meeting in Zurich (20th & 21st of June).

On the 20th and 21st of June ABSL DACH we hosted our 6th ABSL DACH Member Meeting, this time in the beautiful city of Zurich.

The evening of the 20^th commenced with an Apero held at the Tesla showroom, offering attendees an opportunity to test-drive their latest models and enjoy the thrill of experiencing the cars first-hand. The event then transitioned to the elegant Carlton Restaurant, providing a delightful setting for individuals to reconnect with old acquaintances and forge new connections, over an intense discussion on disruption and new technologies.

The momentum of the event continued the following day, graciously hosted by SwissRe at their lakeside offices in Zurich. Randstad, Accenture, High Radius, Everest and Mayer Brown provided thought-provoking presentations on talent management, and on managing and harnessing the power of AI. The day concluded with a discussion inspired by the experiences of a member company (“the good, the bad and what to do with that”), and a round table of members sharing their own encounters, both positive and challenging, and offering advice on how to navigate such situations.
