ABSL INTERNATIONAL

ABSL in Europe currently is comprised of 9 country chapter organizations operating in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czechia, Latvia, Hungary, Moldova, Poland, Romania and the newly established DACH region with Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The purpose of ABSL is to inspire and build a united community of sector leaders & stakeholders that constantly strive for excellence and promote continued growth and strengthening of the sector’s standing across European countries, as well as within local regions & cities.

The rapidly growing business services sector in Europe, including the CEE region counting most of the larger delivery hubs, now employs approximately 1.5 million people and is constantly growing.

As a result of robust international cooperation, we are able to learn and benefit from the experience of companies across Europe as well as within the regions, accelerating the industry’s growth and effectively addressing the future way the industry is heading and the challenges it faces.

As the largest organization representing the business services sector in Europe, ABSL strives to promote innovative solutions and support new investments that will help the industry grow on an entirely different level.
